Thanks for the comments. Seems like i am improving slightly as i managed to get a higher score, and this is only my second submission.
The white spots on the glass are actually imperfections in the glass causing the light to reflect. Could only get rid of the with spot editing which wasn't allowed :(

Led Z, filling the bottle wasn't an option, drinking it though was ;)
