Framed in blue.by cathysappComment by Bran-O-Rama: Amazing that 2 images ago, I also critiqued an image titled "Framed in Blue" and this also suffers from the same "mistake." Rules stated that foreground must frame background, not vice versa. Nice rich photo, just doesn't meet the challenge. |

Framed in blue.by cathysappComment by Cam: What a bright colorful photo. The blue seems maybe too blue, maybe a bit oversaturated, but a very pretty photo.

Framed in blue.by cathysappComment by dipaulk: I think this is a great photograph -- great colors, clarity, etc. But it doesn't fit the challenge as I understand it. But I do like the photo! |

Framed in blue.by cathysappComment by Amason: This doesn't meet the challenge's detail: "Capture an image where the foreground subject frames the rest of the image." There isn't even a foreground subject there. Maybe you didn't read the details, I'm sorry you didn't. This is a good photo with good bright colors (maybe you've overdone with saturation a little). It meets the challenge theme like you "explained" in the title, but not the detail, I think you'll suffer for that. |
