I'm always a bit concerned about strange diets, but having days of eating only fruit is supposed to be healthy. I'm not particularly keen on bread myself, so that wouldn't worry me too much. Now not being able to have chocolate...

Normally I wouldn't be to keen on the lighting, but under the circumstances, it makes sense.
