Strange to see so many "hats on fence post" shots.

Nice "layering" with a bit of vegetation in the foreground, the hat and the fence in the midground and more vegetation in the background.

Place of the hat and the posts in the frame could be a little stronger as it is quite central in the frame.

The action is captured very nicely on the dog, but there looks to be some motion blur on the guy. Maybe try using a higher shutter speed to really catch the moment. The toning looks a little off as well. The colors are kind of washed out.
