This is a pretty nice picture, very candid - showing the personality of your Dad. However, the challenge says you should take a picture outside late at night - this is inside so it doesn't really meet the challenge.

Good composition. I think you need to boost the saturation or the midtone contrast.(that might make the noise worse though). good luck
