taking a picture of something not moving isn't really stopped motion; it's just stopped. it's a nice (semi-classic) view of GCS, though it feels that to me the building is taking centre stage, rather than the non-desatted people. i do like that the people are almost dead centre (nice composition), but i think the selected desat doesn't quite work here; maybe the greyscales aren't dark or contrasty enough for max impact, or perhaps the people are just too small? 5.
