The lighting almost looks like this was a mini-forest in a studio. The moss is a nice addition to emphasize how long the stump has been around.

Horizon doesn't look straight. Not that keen on the colour balancing. Composition doesn't quite work for me... rule of 3rds? Too much foreground. Foreground not lit well. Composition of foregound not compelling.

The water & sky is great, the foreground is confusing in that it takes so much space in the image, yet is not interesting enough to be there.

Just lovely perspective, clear subject and great depth of field and flow behind. The image would do with a bit of oomph in the selective colours - greens, blacks etc (if you use photoshop.)
