This appears grainy, but maybe you meant it to have that texture .It just seems a little rough on the eyes. i like the way you captured the buildings in the background, they actually make it more interesting.

center composition sometimes works, but not in this image. the colors are all blend together. Depending on the lighting conditions, would like to see this shot again and maybe use a polorized filter to get more contrast in the blues, need to get the trees/city/hills more inline as far as color, looks a little out of focus, not sure how much it was cropped........ ......4
