It is a truly candid moment that certainly demonstrates how fleeting truly candid moments are. However the unfortunate post processing treatment is a huge negative - no pun intended - and was not a good choice - if it were a color image, then a straight conversion to black and white or grayscale would have been better. A good solid entry into the challenge which would have rated higher with better post processing treatment.

Even if this was a "picture" in the background it would not "skirt" the line on existing artwork. The addition of the additional objects...hand, pencils...would have made this 100% legal.

Not particularly material for a nightmare as this image is more laugh out loud funny than scary. A good image, well detailed and hey, what the heck - a good job even if it missed that mark slightly.
