Great sense of mood here! I too entered a shot with warmth, lighting, and have been commented "does not fit the challenge", or "what mood is this supposed to convey?" Ignore such comments and enjoy the radiance you've captured in this lovely setting. My only techie crit is the plate area of the photo is a bit dim. Perhaps some dodge/burn to this area to lighten, to spread the glow across the setting? All the best.

Image sets a nice mood and is clean with a nice jet black background. The table edge is not horizontal and that is a distraction. An improvement might be to make the bottom table edge horizontal and composed with each corner just touching the edge of the frame.

Nice idea. Lighting is a little off and the blown highlights on the plates and silverware bother me.
