Yacht Racingby BrianRComment by renonovado: if you had lowered the horizon to a third above the bottom it will improve the composition a lot, 8. |

Fun In The Sunby BrianRComment by SandyP: I love this! It's in a beautiful place, and it makes me feel happy to look at it. The colors are vibrant and pretty, and it definitely says family to me in a challenge where there are a lot of stretches :) Good job! 10 |

Fun In The Sunby BrianRComment by cloudsme: Midday sun is very harsh. It gives too much contrast and makes for a cold picture. I like the idea, but I would have tried this in the hour before sunset. I would have zoomed in on the kids as well. If you couldn't do it at that time, a fill flash would have also helped. |

Fun In The Sunby BrianRComment by idnic: Midday (very bright) sun wasn't kind to you here as it caused many hotspots. I like the composition and the kids playing just screams summertime fun. |

Fun In The Sunby BrianRComment by Joey Lawrence: It's difficult to expose correctly in bright sunlight, especially if you have a point-and-shoot like me. I'd recommend first focussing/metering on the brightest part of the scene you are taking and then moving the camera into position while holding down the button. This way less will turn out over exposed and you can simply brighten with levels or curves. |

Fun In The Sunby BrianRComment by ShutterPug: I would recommend getting closer in with this shot. Metering to get the sky color correct would help too. |
