Now, this picture confuses me. It wow's me then I think wait a minute what's going on here. Regardless I like it and it's unique. A little grainy, no defined focus point (seems a tad out of focus) but it adds to the photo. (7)

Nice colors, but the palm fronds are somewhat distracting. I would prefer if they were either gone completely or a more prominent part of the composition. If they do need to be included they should be sharper and more defined as well. Finally, without a horizon line for reference the picture seems tilted to the right, as the cloud appears to be sliding downhill in that direction.
