The unfortunate thing on this site is that you have to mention the bird in the title of the photo (people won't give you the benefit of the doubt). For me the bird is so minor that I would never (or almost never) notice it, but once it is mentioned in the title it becomes distracting. What I'm saying is it shouldn't be in the title.
It is an interesting photo otherwise. I don't often agree with black & white, but I do think it was well used here. Rule of thirds draws your eyes to the woman very well.

Think this would have worked better shot from a slightly different angle. The perspective here is very disturbing to the eye and makes the photo appear off kilter. Good luck.
