I'm Shatteredby BrianRComment by ThingFish: Proficiat! on 39th place. I voted a 10 on this (one of only 3 tens I gave in this challenge) I feel you deserved to be placed much higher then this. Message edited by author 2008-11-12 09:16:28. |

Pb (Lead) Magnolia Stamen.by BrianRComment by J-Me: Well, that's a very different approach and well executed! Kind of gets that "stock shot", "pretty" look that is loved so well in here but, fits the challenge. Nicely done! |

Pb (Lead) Magnolia Stamen.by BrianRComment by rlewis: You really went to some trouble to get this into the period table. I hope you didn't get lead poisoning in the process. The image is colorful and well exposed, but beyond that you may not score too well :) |

All That's Left An Empty Shellby BrianRComment by Melethia: I'm not quite understanding the score or the overprocessing comments - I just don't see it as overprocessed. I like the crisp clean lines of the building's structure, I think it's a solid composition (the photograph - not so sure about the structure) and I like it in B&W. |

Early Morning Ride.by BrianRComment by Melethia: Looks like a club ride - and as I know from experience, sometimes you deal with suburbia on club rides. :-) We'd generally head out (in cars) to the middle of nowhere in Texas to avoid the whole suburbia issue, though our biggest problem was with cars and their drivers, not the surroundings. And you know I agree 100% with you about the problems of photographing the way things really are and trying to get votes! |

Jawsby BrianRComment by Melethia: Nah, you needed this in color, and this is from a B&W kinda person. The red of the mouth, the blue of the sky - not sure it would work as well without that. This really is a very cool shot - I like it alot. |
