You know, I really like this scene. But somehow, and I'm sure people are already debating this, I really think the blur of the bird is distracting, solely because it's more foreground than background.

What a great merger of creative thinking, accomplished framing and excellent use of equipment! Everything about this shot sings to me of craftmanship. Apart from its obvious humorous leanings, this photograph expresses your theme perfectly with inclusion of the distant farm buildings and the vast pastures. First of all, a very good title, most of the titles in the challenge have a hard time relating to the picture but this one fits like a glove. Great depth of field, interesting textures on the beach and in the rock. The rock looks very well and is fully capable of holding up the centered composition. -10
