Nice capture - Nice tones and PP but I feel this would have been so much stronger had you waited for the guy with the bike to leave - He is just an unnecessary distraction. Also cropping just above the circle on the pavement would have added more impact to the shot - Nice spot though

The lighting makes this look very flat. Would like to see more side lighting to give it a bit more depth.
