And yet I feel the title is very detrimental. Far better (in my opinion) to put only the title of the monument, and add, at most, the name of the country. People can look up the significance if they wish.
I certainly don't think it's helpful to add the height - it seems to me like an instruction to the viewer on how to "see" the image.
That said, it's an attractive image, nice lighting and composition.

I really like that this shot is spontanious. The spalshing makes it even more powerful. That is SOME tool you have here. The background is tiny bit busy, but that is beyond your control. 8

Love the water coming off of the drill bit. Nice and clear. You should have rotated the image to the left a couple degrees however. Good lighting.

The color is what caught my eye first. It's lovely. The composition could be a bit cleaner though. The cars and telephone lines in the background are distracting.
