We Are all Under The Microscopeby RefocusedComment by Trinch: LOL. Interesting slide. A black background would have helped the photo though. It would both add contrast and more resemble a typical science class table (or at least the ones at my school) |

An Impacted Wisdom Toothby RefocusedComment by Neuferland: OUCH!!!!!! Looks like there is one on the other side too! This is an interesting shot, don't think I've ever seen a mouth x-ray from the front like that. The cropping is done very well but the only thing that throws me is the lack of light in this shot. It seems it should be more back lit like an x-ray would be when being viewed. Also the pen throws me a bit, a dental tool would have really made the shot, perhaps a pick. I'm starting this one at a 7 but I will be back. |

An Impacted Wisdom Toothby RefocusedComment by jmsetzler: I can't really think of much to say about this photo other than it meets the challenge idea. It doesn't strike my interest, yet i'm sure it would for many. |

An Impacted Wisdom Toothby RefocusedComment by visitor: Did you get a release form from the subject for this one!
Nice idea but as an image, lighting (inevtiably) flat that leaves me wanting to get more from the picture. |

An Impacted Wisdom Toothby RefocusedComment by LucidLotus: Fits the challenge. The color contrast is ok, its a bit dark to me though. Also, I normally do not like photos of x-rays or the like, but this one has the added element of the gloved hand which helps immensely in adding interest and giving it more of a composition than a straight x-ray photo would have. 5 |
