Fast and Easy Tex Mex Dipby RefocusedComment by dsidwell: Oh man, I love this stuff! I like the formal arrangement for something that is not really all that formal--nice idea for contrast to get our attention. Was this taken with a flash? If so, you might want to experiment with natural light. Nothing is moving, so you could even do a long exposure. Better yet, set this up outside on a sunny day--but in solid shade, and you'll get brightness, natural colors, and a generally more sophisticated look to things. Note the bright spots on the spoon, plate, and other items and also note the harsh shadows behind things. This is what a flash does. So have fun and experiment! Then send me some of that dip! |

Lostby RefocusedComment by dcano: Very clever. Works well. The dog on the side of the road, walking, walking, walking. I know he is lost. Great scale. I think if the dog was not placed exactly where youu placed him he would have looked like he knew where he was going. Good Job\

Lightby RefocusedComment by coolhar: clever way to interpret the theme, I see no flaws in this one except for the too close crop n the left side |

Fast and Easy Tex Mex Dipby RefocusedComment by moodville: The presentation is good, albeit fairly standard, and the dish itself looks quite tasty. I like that the accompanying dishes also seem to match the theme. The only change I could possibly see would be to change the lighting a little more to enhance a mood. This seems to have a very even light. |

Lostby RefocusedComment by Trinch: A nice expression of solitude. The only downsides is that more space is needed between the dog and the bottom of the photo and the back view of the dog isn't the most appealing. Barring that, it's a nice shot. |
