Interesting subject well captured, unfortunatly the weather wasn̢۪t your friend on the day you took this shot, with that dull blue sky. Would have been tempted to increase the saturation of the blue tones using the hue/saturation option in a photo-editing package if you have one.

That must be quite impressive in person. It's interesting that, as photographed, it's really impossible to tell if this is a 50-foot tall statue or a tabletop piece! I'm not sure if that ambiguity is useful in the context if this challenge.
