Great expression, color and pose. The out of focus and receeding road also works well with the photo. Very minor detail but the telephone post (?) with the white box distracts just a tad...cropping it out might have worked better?

Wow, cute subject, great expression. DOF is perfect so is lighting and focus. There's a rule about 'not chopping a person off at a joint' which I think might apply here. There's also one I heard first at this site about 'always showing the feet unless it's a head shot' In any case, the more I look at the photo, the more I miss those feet. It's a quibble, but I wonder if the photo would not be stronger with the road travelling just a tad more diagonally in he photo?

She is definitely beautiful. I can see she might be a free thinker/independent. I like your composition here, but perhaps you could try zooming in to get a closer look at that face and still get the winding road in the background. NOt sure if you tried that or not. Just a thought.
