Late in Autumnby bucketComment by bassbone: she almost appears to glow due to the choice of lighting and processing - the b/w is a bold choice, especially with the possibilities of fall colors - but it does work to focus our eyes on the girl and her captivating face |

Late in Autumnby bucketComment by bvy: The tree trunks don't do anything but pull the eye away from your subject (the trail of light leads the way). Without them, it's a fine shot, and still very much autumn. |

Late in Autumnby bucketComment by LVicari: Nice setting for this Great portrait. The trees are distracting. I would have cropped them out just at the base of the first tree on the left.This would keep the hilite that leads to the girl in tact.IMO |
