very dramatic and eye-catching - you might want to play with dodging and burning this one, to brighten up the highlights in the trees and grass - could be even more effective.

This is pretty good but the area of sky is unnaturally black and doesn't seem to work for me when it meets the horizon. I like the trees though as the highlight on the leaves is just enough for some detail but not too much as to be overpowering. I would prefer to see the sky not as black because I'm sure there is some detail in there that would make it more appealing to me.
