Good idea but IMHO this is not a very appealing shot.
Maybe if the bacon was arranged perfectly in the cast iron skillet and the grease drained off. Unrealistic I know....... I don't eat bacon so maybe thats my problem....?Still I think the composition/focus is good. |

Sizzling Morning Campfireby DougPazComment by CLarson557: Very good idea!! Just looking at this, I can hear the sizzle. I love campfire cooking. Great detail of the bubbles in the bacon grease. I think, though, that it's a little overexposed, especially on the bacon that isn't cooked all the way yet. Doesn't really make it look very appealing. |

My only suggestion for improvement would be to move slightly to the right and take the picture, so the sign post is a little more to the left relative to the house - it would fill up some of that negative space in the sky that isn't adding to the shot. As it is, 7. |
