Left Behindby DougPazComment by Gracious: I won't be left behind! :-) So I certainly can associate with this on a spiritual level. Very nice how you got the sunlight directly behind the biggest cross, presumably Jesus Christ's cross. The lighting is so good and you did a good job with the negative space theme. Good luck in the challenge! Grayce aka Gracious |

Left Behindby DougPazComment by karmat: I love this shot. I wanted to do something like this for "From the Ground Up" but couldn't get three crosses that looked right. To really add some *zing*, if you have a polarizer filter, or could deepen the blue of the sky, and make the crosses even darker, it would look nice, I think. Or convert it to bw to show simple and effective contrast. karmat |

Left Behindby DougPazComment by lightplayer: I would try this again on a clear day (I do not think the clouds where your friend here, given the theme). |

Left Behindby DougPazComment by Kavey: Striking shapes. Probably more appealing to someone with a religious connection to them, but maybe not. Because the crosses are in such dark shadow, I can't see the detail. For this reason, in my interpretation I am seeing the crosses as the negative space, visually, and the sky as the foreground. Either way I'd like to see more detail in the sky/ clouds to give more contrast to the blackness of the crosses. 5, Kavey |

Left Behindby DougPazComment by mjcecil: Classic crucifixion photo. Sharpness is good, lots of neg space emphasizes the unity of the crosses. |
