The score this photo received tells me that this site has some serious issues with scoring consistency. Some of the shots that beat this one are a friggin joke! No way this is a 5! It makes me wonder if I should ever bother submitting to this site again......

I really liked this one, gave a 9, I only wish the background, what looks like a hap-hazard bed pillow, was a pancho or mexican weave blanket - but well blurred so as not to add too much distracting texture as the pillow does. Beautiful lighting! Great hat, nice dof and other textures.

I think living with two boxers would freak me out too, Selena ;))

It took me awhile to find the face ahaha - there is too much negative space...and an unflattering background. The lighting is also poorly done, and the focus is off. More attention should have been paid to composing the shot, the position of the pup, etc. It is a good idea, and he sure looks cute in that hat :)
