I like your choice to go b/w. The centering works well with this. My only dislike here is the editing you have done created a halo effect around the building

Nice architecture shot. Composed quite nicely and overall put together (technicals - lighting, exposure, etc...) very well. It does appear that some detail may have been lost from noise reduction. Just an observation. Good luck in the challenge.

isn't it 4:36? haha the whiter light seems a bit blown, i think you could use less light there and more light in the shaddowed part
