I suspect a few comments about the black area at the bottom. Just a little more detail in the shadows at least to give more shape to the fence and the out buildings. I think this would give the image more balance. And possibly show less sky so the transition between dark and bright isn't in the middle.

Beautiful capture of the sea on an un-Kodachrome day. Maybe more sky would give a "bigger" feel to the scene, but it's your picture, your call, and a good job. 8)
