Noise...yes.
The day I took this I had the wrong lens with me for this shot. <70-300 mm> I saw this car sitting in a nursing home parking lot! I was late for an appointment, had to make an illegal U-ie, and cross two double yellow lines. After all that there was a group around the car, and it had some type of official looking 'state of Oregon' plates on it.
I had to grab it and go which I did, but not my best entry. Again thanks all.

Nice theme... I like the more subtle motion you have provided here. I think this image wold be improved with a horizontal flip to put the flag pole on the left to keep the flag in it's proper orientation :) = 6
