I like the lighting and the kind of monochromatic look. The framing I believe would be a little better if the pieces were moved down in the picture to take up some of the room at the bottom. Overall, nice picture. - Inspzil

I can only assume this is a heart pace maker. If so, wow. How is the patient doing? This is one of a kind for sure. Meets the challenge well. Wondering about the crop - not 1/3's but tight on top, sides, and loose on bottom? doesn't really hurt it, just wondered. Little dark? Soft focus works for this. Great shot. PTL
