Most common tip on DPC: Make sure the image is close to the maximum size allowed (640px on the longest dimension). Not to be mean, but the size ruined what would have otherwise been a nearly-mediocre entry. :(

This picture is too small to make out much detail on. The girl on the right blends in a bit too much with the background, and the shot is framed with the subjects too close to the center for my taste. Incorporating the bridge as a thematic element with metaphorical significance might have made this a more powerful image; as presented here it just seems like part of the background.

I know image sizae is nothing to judge the quality by but I just think that a little larger image size would have really had a greater impact on the viewer.
