Kind of snapshot-ish imho. A sharper angle (more from the side) might help. The trees in the background are a little distracting from the house. Exposure and focus are pretty good though.

It's a completely lovely house on a copletely lovely lot, photographed on a completely lovely day. It makes me want to live there. Yet, as a photograph it feels just a bit cluttered and a bit static to me. Maybe it is all the barren trees or the straight-on view.

In my opinion, this shot needs be cropped tighter to be interesting. I know it̢۪s slightly interesting that "crew" appears on the concrete above the rowers but I care about the people, not the landscape in this case.
