The perspective here is just odd. The weighting is disconcerting. The wheels should be anchored to the bottom of the picture. Remember that the bottom of a picture is almost always perceived to be the ground, the front, closer, etc. Anything that looms large in the top of the frame looks like it's flying and that just doesn't work in this photo's favor. I'd also like to see more of the object you're shooting and less of its rock stage.

The deep red, yellow, and black colors are pretty. The content of the image frustrates me a bit though, because I can't quite figure out why the 'earth mover' is sitting on the edge of a ledge. I'd love to see a picture of this whole tractor or whatever it is. Good luck - hope you get a lot of constructive comments!

I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are
near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry
in this challenge.

This is just ok for me. A woman with her dog is really not that interesting for me as a candid. I look for something with a bit more interest. The woman's face is not captured, and I just can't grasp the moment here or the emotion. It's a 3 for me.
