Fallen Surferby holdingtimeComment by Skip: yes, you've stopped some motion, but, what is the subject? the stopped spray? it's difficult to tell with the given composition. it's not enough to technically meet the challenge, but you also need to consider the aesthetics as well. |

" Natural Beauty "by holdingtimeComment by MayaM: Lovely pic, nicely captured candid, I like the focus, color and lighting...just not bokeh though because your background is not enhancing your subject. It is busy to the point that it actually takes away from your subject in this case. |

Not saying the shot deserved a better score because there were some exceptional captures but I am tired of people "thinking" (and I use that term lightly)and scoring down pics because they dont understand the meaning of words.
