Good use of B&W. I'd like to see some more detail on the white door at the right. It looks a little blown out. Also, a lot of the vertical lines, most notably the large column in the center and the door on the left, seem to slant to the right.

Going with B/W works very well here. Nice job on capturing the grit and texture that's evident. For B/W you have a good tonal range covering both ends of the spectrum. One thing that looks a little unusual is the leaves on the plant by the left door...they appear dark.

Great capture overall! Smile and keep having fun!
