I think I get what your were trying to do here. I like your makeup and hair. Truthfully, it comes off looking like somewhat of a mug shot. A different background, off-center composition and a smile might make it look like more of a self protrait.

something about the texture (not the subject) of the photo reminds me of a mugshot.. lol

your titls is exactly what this is missing for me. there's contrast between you and the background, but the tones in your face are a little on the flat side (lots of shades of grey...but no so many blacks or whites. better lighting and less fixing after the fact would solve that i think (but don't really know since i don't know how you lit it :))

i like the pose - kind of a visual affront - no fear or shame...just 'welcome to me'. nice.

Wish you didnt soften your face so much in post. Looks like you brought the eyes back out, but missed the eye lashes, lips and earings. Nice job with the solid white background.
