Love your idea, and it's beautifully sharp and well lit. From a composition POV, though, having the two tacks lined up on the far right almost in a row, makes the photo feel a little lopsided. IMO, it needs a bit more weight back toward center.

There are no tacks in this image. ;) Beaufort Range sound very familiar but I can't place it. Montana? none the less, this is clear and in focus and lit well. Fanny bay sounds like a place I would like to visit. 9
