As requested, here's the "before". I ran out of gas on fence removal. Thanks for all the comments. I used the vignette blur to make it a bit more portrait-like and to soften the remaining fence.

WOW! I love it when they RUN! And you get the mane standing up like that! And the colors, the vibrant colors and the expression are priceless! So well done and then you had to go ruin the shot (for me personally) with the blurry edge. It would have been okay in the front and behind the mane and above the back but it's extended into the back and across the bottom and while you might have been trying to create a vinette or sorts it just didn't work for me personally. Is there any chance I could see the original on this one sometime? Hope I didn't offend. An 8
