A very interesting style here, not only the framing but the very small area of sharpness. It has held my attention for much longer that my initial reaction would have predicted. Personally I would have cropped a little tighter on the left, about where the pole is. That said, I like it very much :)

This picture is totally awesome! I love the idea. The clarity of of the model is excellent, and the background is just wonderful. You mentioned that you feel like something is missing. The only thing I could think of would be to make the exit of the heart a bit more prominent and real looking. Only I don't have any idea how to do that myself. Oh well. Still, a great image with a great track record. Nice work.
