Tiny Toesby aguerraComment by Swashbuckler: If you have a very low end camera, please ignore this comment....The toes appear jagged. This part is for any cam....The bright section on the left seems to bright for the rest of the pic. I prefer a little more contrast for a black and white shot. 6 Swash |

Tiny Toesby aguerraComment by jmsetzler: This is a nice image :) I particularly like the lighting here... The vertical white space on the left of the frame is a little awkward... I believe a more even background would work better. There also appears to be some post processing distortion on the image. I'm not sure what caused that.. it may be resizing upwards or poaaibly sharpening... Good shot :) - jmsetzler |

Tiny Toesby aguerraComment by Gracious: The edges are showing up jagged on my monitor. Dunno if you're aware of it or not. Still a sweet, precious picture. |

Tiny Toesby aguerraComment by Gene L.: This is really a nice composition with good lighting. However, there appears to be a problem that probably resulted from the resizing. The outline of the image (toes, legs, etc.) have a terrible amount of digital artifacts that are probably from the jpeg compression. I say this because the file size is much smaller than allowed by the challenge rules. Most image editing programs allow you to set the amount of compression when saving as a jpeg file. I'm going to more or less overlook this problem, but I would like to share my view that with digital photography, competence with post processing can be almost as important as competence with the camera. It isn't much different than having good darkroom skills when working with film. |

Tiny Toesby aguerraComment by kindon: Dont know what happened with the resolution on this one, but I do very much like the photo. I also think the Black and White is a perfect selction for this type of photo. |

Tiny Toesby aguerraComment by Kavey: I want to lose the open doorway or window at the right, to keep the background more consistent. Also the lower leg is cropped. If we crop in tight at top and right and even left, so this is same all way round, maybe that would work better? Yep just tried that and I like it better. 5, Kavey |
