I read your title...and I'm guessing that the person in the foreground is on the telephone, but it's difficult to discern. Personally, I'm not a fan of blurred motion shots and therefore I have given you a lower score compared with other entries in this challenge. It's artsy, I suppose...but just not my cup of tea so to speak. Sorry.

Interesting picture, but I think that the lines created by the lights in movement are the main feature, grain is purely accidental.

Cool shot. Great exageration of camera shake. One thing though, the bottom left corner feels a little empty.
