Encounterby MichaelCComment by locutus: A great idea. Nicely composed too, although the subject looks just a little cross-eyed. Probably because he's looking at the crack in the mirror rather than at (or, even better, behind) the camera's reflection.
Effective lighting on the face, too.
Did you think about asking your subject to hold off shaving for the shot? It might've enhanced the broody effect. And men usually see a bit of stubble when they look at themselves in the mirror in the morning... |

Bring It Onby MichaelCComment by Rebecca: Good decision to use selective desat and concentrate the viewer's focus on the ball since the motion is so subtle. |

Encounterby MichaelCComment by hanneke: too bad the face isn't sharp. did you think about looking through the hole in the glass? I think that would make this photo even more interesting. |

Bring It Onby MichaelCComment by locutus: A great shot.
The mood of the sky matches that on the face of the subject, and the whole thing is enhanced with the colour desturation. Just the right amount of blur (and colour) in the ball to emphasise that it is the only non-stationary element. |

Bring It Onby MichaelCComment by maestro: Love the post processing in this one and that you desaturated all but some reds. Nice job. A 10 from me! |
