I am sorry but I have to say this, that sky looks horrible, whatever you did in post processing does not agree with me, for my taste it´s very oversaturated and "muddy". The rest of the shot is OK though but still looks a bit oversaturated to me, the only part of the picture I am ok with the saturation is the grass, there it fit´s. As for the composition, it´s not bad but I find that fence a bit distracting, I think I would have liked it better if you either went down to the ground and included all the fence having the house behind it or tilted the camera upwards, thus eliminating the fence alltogether and having more sky in the shot. Sorry but this got a 4 from me.
