Crop, crop, crop. Seems to be my major comment I leave people. This guy is interesting, and you want the viewer to keep their eyes on him, but with the white space on frame left, my eyes are drawn to the upper left. Crop a little off the left, put a light vignette around the edges and pull the viewer back into the middle with the man... just to prove it, took me all the way until now to even notice the white pursed woman in the window behind him. Nice subject, just needs some polish.

Great eye contact! I like how the viewer can get a glimpse of the environment via the reflection in the glass. I think I'd like it better if you had moved in a couple steps and gotten as close as possible without losing the reflections.

great capture. Perhaps a tighter crop would have benefited this photo IMO. The right side is a bit distracting.
It also seems maybe a little too much PP went into the photo? Needs a bit more sharpness as well.

He looks as though his nose has been broken a time or two, probably in the pub he's waiting to enter or one like it. I really like the reflections - adds a lot to this shot.
