First Impressions, Lovely night shot.
Second Impression, the first thing that stands out to me is the blue in teh water, it is almost blown out. In fact all the blues are very luminous and over exposed. Even though you used only ISO100, the dark sky does is coming across as fairly grainy.

You are tack sharp in this shot though, I personally think the border is a little heavy for this shot and would have benefited from a thinner one or not one at all.

Overall, an excellent shot that deserved it placement.

If I remember correctly, Moms usually put about 10 too many layers of clothes on kids in the winter. Any wonder why you got this look?? LOL

Nice detail on the legs, but I am unsure of the crop you chose. Maybe the crop is just a little too tight and does "not" take advantage of the nice background bokeh you captured in this shot (no vote)
