I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry in this challenge.

Ok, so its a meter man. A little uninteresting for my candid taste. No emotion and no real story being told here. Just some guy. It's just a 3 vote from me I'm afraid. The lighting is ok, but maybe trying to set a mood with more b/w tones or sepia would have faired better.
