I like the pose and composition. The expression comes through well. I agree with a previous suggestion on using a hair light slightly behind and above her, also have her move out further from the background to give a sense of depth to the image.

It seems as though near her left hand on her shoulder there is either some lens flare, dirty lens, or movement of the hand. I would figure out what that is, other than that I think that this is very nice!

I like this. It makes her look pretty, but not glamorous. Very approachable. Perhaps a touch of a smile would do good. Only other change I could suggest is maybe to play with the lighting a little more to de-empasize her nose. The way the lighting is done seems to exaggerate it some. Keep in mind that portraiture is not one of my forte's so my opinion of such shots is only based on my gut impression.
