I suppose you could argue the point that one guy is wearing a head band. I had to look twice. The focus of the shot is the two players and not "Headwear". It was almost as if you were desperate to enter something and saw that this photo had someone with something on their head.

A little hard to make out, i think it's flat because it was taken some distance away, which obviously you can't do anything about, but it just needs something to make it 'pop' i think.

The headware is quite insignificant to the photo, which makes me think you have entered for the sake of entering - sadly, 'though the focus isn't sharp, which this type of photo needs. Also the audience looks a mixture of bored, only mildly interested, and complete;y uninterested in the play - it may have been better to choose a shallower depth of field to disguise this.

The headwear on this shot appears to be more of an afterthought and is so small in scale of the photo (and it seems to also be lost in the busy background). A tighter shot of the Bullets player's face would better convey that he is wearing headwear.
