I know that the trees are silhouetted in the image, but the image composition puts much more emphasis on the setting sun rather than on the silhouette, which was the target of this challenge. Wicked sunset. Must have been awesome to witness.

I'd have cut the top 1/4 off. As is, the exact centring feels a bit too stable. I'm also left wondering how it would have been if the branches had been silhouetted against the sun a bit. That might have made the photo a bit more dynamic. 5

this is a clever shot ... i took a break - unplanned but got distracted from dpchallenge and havent been on in over a year - i've got a bit of catching up to do :) .. but this shot is very good i think ... the right parts are in focus and the lighting seems perfect ... i think this would make a nice stock photo as well - and take that as a good thing :)
