its a good pose. a few things though.

The hat has to go, I think it would be more powerful that way if you could see his eye gazing into hers.

Something happened when you were doing curves? It looks as if you reversed the curve to try and bring out more detail perhaps? Im seeing this weird discolored effect on the shirts, and its not very pleasing :(
